Here is yet another superb,original recipe!

I keep providing the winners for the Virco maniacs!!!

Barbequed Oysters And Razor Clams With Spicy Vinegar

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients

2 dozen oysters

2 dozen razor clams

2 tb fresh jalapeno peppers;

-chopped

1/2 c red wine vinegar

2 tb sugar

1 ts salt

2 tb red onion; finely chopped

6 mint leaves; chiffonade

Instructions

Preheat grill or barbecue.

Scrub and clean oysters and razor clams and drain.

In a small mixing bowl, place chopped peppers, vinegar, sugar, salt, onion

and mint and stir together. Place shellfish on grill and cook until shells

open. remove and place on platter covered with rock salt. Place dipping

sauce in center and serve with cocktail forks.

Yield: 4 servings

Thank you for popping back in and happy that none of the wall tesserae popped off! ;) You've invested a great deal of time in this project and it shows. People tend to think mosaic art is easy (and some projects might be), but what they don't fathom is the incredible amount of time and creativity involved. I've become extremely fond of using stained glass in my mosaics. eBay has some fantastic deals on scrap glass. No doubt your Wonder horse is going to look wonderful when it's finished! Name one big company that does not engage in deceptive/dishonest/monopolistic business practices. To the extent they can get away with it, they will do it. They have teams of lawyers and accountants advising them on what they can get away with, and yet they are the target of so many lawsuits.
