Answering my own question. Ha. Model came out in early 2012. Found out it's the french door sitting at 29 1/2" (plus 1" rear vent or 30 1/2") that are 36" in width, the fridge case or box itself is 35 5/8". Needs 1/2" side panels minimum. Might just work as current fridge side panels are 5/8" on both sides. Electrolux refrigerators have wheels for easier sliding.

We bought a Samsung french door 29' and are waiting for Lowes to come back and get it. The door are curved and so are the handles which makes it stick out WAY too much in the kitchen. The leds are really cool UNTIL you put food on the shelves and then it looks like the lights are out. Kind of defeats the purpose of not having food rot in the back. Mechanically speaking we are not having problems. Just my FYI

Oh I really dont recommend frigid aire professional. I'm having Lowes pick up ours tomorrow for return (was delivered first week of March). Lots of problems though I have the one without ice maker. It's impossible to level, top leans back against wall, with a 2" difference visible from top to bottom on side of fridge. The trim piece at the bottom sticks out on one side (with sharp corner exposed) but this is apparently a design flaw because the ice maker model at the store had the same issue. The door alarm part of the control panel has been dead since arrival. I'm sorry because I like the exterior square lines and hefty handles and all the door storage for milk and pitchers. The fridge has been freezing stuff too, on the recommended 37 deg. I'm just really unhappy though maybe we just got a bad one. The drawers inside feel cheap like they'll break. I will be happy when it's gone! The Bosch is small. I've decided to get the Kitchenaid KRFC704FPS . It's a little larger, and has a bigger fridge than freezer. I'm really happy with our other new KA appliances (slide in induction range, overrange microwave, and compactor). This model does have in door dispenser which I didn't want, but it's narrow enough for racks inside.

@Colonial - Yes I was fitting it into a 24" deep space which today is a bit short. However, because it was a retrofit the frame that covers the cabinet cut out rests on the face of the cabinet. With new cabinets the frame could be recessed to fit flush. I loathe protruding fridges but this one is acceptable as the frame keeps things very neat. Here is a profile shot. There are actually 3 drawers. The big one on the bottom divides into 2 and has separate controls. The divider can be removed to make it one drawer if you like. That changes the atmospherics in there but it will hold a ton. There is also a little "deli" drawer attached to the underside of the first shelf. It slides and can be positioned anywhere. I use it for small items. I also added a plastic bin (found at BBB) which fits across the shelf and use that for medium size things like cheese, meats etc that slide around. The lighting in this fridge is amazing. The doors hold a ton. I like the two tier bottom basket in the freezer -- again my smaller stuff goes on top and the bottom bin also has a divider which I find handy. My previous fridge had 2 small crispers and a pull out drawer that went across the entire bottom. It wasn't very deep but it was very handy. I do miss that but I don't miss the lid that broke and cost $300 to replace LOL. Nor do I miss the single zone for the fridge and the freezer. People often ask what the difference is between a standard fridge and a b-i. It gets mentioned sometimes but one big difference is the dual compressors. The fridge doesn't draw cold from the freezer. So ice cream never gets soft. And lettuce & strawberries don't go bad in 2 days the way they did in the old fridge. Nothing freezes or ices. I've had strawberries keep almost 2 weeks, which is unnecessary. But less spoilage is definitely significant. We also have a garage fridge which I found necessary for extra drinks and other general overflow.
