are oleanders poisonous for tomatoes?

I'm about to buy tomato seedlings to plant into containers on my balcony (I just have a balcony as I live in an apartment). But I'm curious about the oleander bush happily flowering away also on my balcony.

Is there any way an oleander plant in a totally separate container from my soon-to-exist tomatoes can affect the tomato plants (e.g. poison them)? i don't know - powder from the flowers drifting onto the tomatoes, etc etc?

Thanks!
