Large Broad Wing Hawk?

Got up this morning saw this bird down by the dock eating a 15" Catfish. The bird dwarfed crows that kept their distance until it finished. I got my camerea and it flew into a tree. My estimate was 23-24 inch high and portly, I guess I am used to seeing skinny juveniles. I see a yellow upper bill, some white bands in tail area, breast markings looked similar to references for an adult Broad Wing Hawk. Is that what this is? Location - Eastern Tennessee
