That thing looks way to large to be a turkey vulture, its a long shot but maybe a bold eagle?

Perhaps a Golden Eagle?

hannah They are here!! I had never seen one in my entire life (in the wild) Until February 2003 flying high over the tree tops at my sons school. Anyway last Halloween I saw a giant black shadow flying low over my street I quickly went inside to grab my binoculars and when I came out it was on the street and a car had swerved to avoid hitting it then it took off and flew away(I think it was a vulture) To make a short story long November 1st 2003 I went to Rose Tree Hawkwatch where I saw what I thought was an airplane flying high and straight until the official counter let me look in her scope One Word WOW!! Wonderful picture!! thanks for showing us. Sarah P.S. 7 flew over Rosetree yesterday and none over Hawk Mountain !
