Yet another hawk id request

This hawk appears in our tree occasionally. We're in the Niagara Region, Southern Ontario. I initially thought it was a Red-tailed hawk, but the lack of a light breast (and red tail) makes me think otherwise. Possibly a Cooper's hawk? Broad-winged hawk? Any help is appreciated. I believe the same one has taken a sparrow off our feeder, and possibly a small squirrel, as well, but I can't be certain it was the same hawk, since that happened a while ago.
