And Yet Another Hawk ID

Is there any other bird's ID questioned as much as the smaller hawks? (rhetorical question)

In the maple tree this afternoon, they perched together for maybe 45 seconds. I'm guessing mature breeding Cooper's Hawk, but the pros here usually set me straight. The juvenile plumage throws me off.
