Barred Owls Nesting in Backyard

I've had a pair of Barred Owls nest in a tree in my backyard since 2003 and have watched with delight the raising of the young ones at the nest site and have watched as each one left the nest. I was shocked the first year when one fell to the ground because I wasn't aware that they couldn't fly till later. It was even more amazing to watch them hop across the yard and then climb into another tree using their beaks.

I've seen mom & dad at the nest site again this year (mom staying with the young ones and dad bringing food for all) but I haven't caught sight of the little one(s) yet.

Here are some pics from previous years.
