It has the appearance of the beetle genus Dermestes, that includes carpet and larder beetles.

Are your bugs hanging out around food storage or carpet/clothing?

On my bed, this is not my first encounter with this bug. I usually spot this on my bed and yesterday when I awoke I spotted one on my arm.

I also would like to point out that these photographs are taken magnified onto a small water bottle cap.

I just now made the connection between this and the bedbug posting. The antennae of your bugs are very dermestid beetle-like. These beetles and their larvae are very interested in dead skin. A population of these would be leaving a series of bristly moulting casings behind as they grow into adults.

The larva are also interested in wool, other natural animal fibers, bone, dead insects, and various foodstuffs.

Bedbugs have a flattened appearance, they are not very 3-dimensional.

A flash photo revealing more abdomen details would help, also, flip one over on its back.

I'll see if I can get one for you, in the mean time, are they dangerous?

Not dangerous, but they can be loathsome when they have chewed up a pair of Alaskan Native-made moccasins brought home from a trip, or contaminated your food, for two examples.

Also, insect collections must have their mothballs steadily replenished, or the critters will turn the collection to dust.

On the other hand, museums have intentionally used them to clean skeletons or skulls of all non-bone material.
