Looks like the (female) Eastern Dobsonfly. They tend to be nocturnal and are attracted to lights at night. Do you have a freshwater source fairly near?

Yep, a twelve acre pond about 25 feet away.

Weelll then.........you need to go down to the pond and find you some hellgrammites, the larvae of your dobsonfly! They used to scare me as a child...didn't want to go swimming in the lakes or creeks after I saw my first one!
