Spider ID please

I was walking around last night to see what kind of night time critters I could find last night and came across a spider I have never seen before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Judging by the photograph, I'd say that this is one of the harvestman 'spiders ', which aren't true spiders. Its long, hinged legs and the wide attachment of the cephalothorax and abdomen, making it look like it has just one chubby body segment.

It 'could ' be the angle from which the picture was taken, but I'm pretty sure you have a species of Opiliones....not a spider (Araneae)

I have one with a web across my kitchen window. It is different shades of brown. We named her Sue! They are commonly known as hunchback spiders. They get quite large, and have beautiful markings and colors.

Don't mean to hijack your thread but I have a similar looking spider in North Alabama and was about to start a new thread. It looks very similar. I can't get a better pic without falling off our back porch railing. But it is the other side of what appears to be a similar orb weaver. The web is 18-24 inches in diameter. She finished it overnight.
