From the description in my Sibley Guide to Birds, it would seem more likely to be a Greylag Goose (Anser anser). The book does note however, that there are subtle differences in the Graylag and White Fronted with the Greylag having a paler head and overall,much bulkier and larger body.

Thanks, TX, could be a Graylag or a hybrid. It's the yellow eye ring that made me wonder if it could be a Lesser White-fronted. Sent an email to Cornell this morning, so perhaps someone there can positively ID this attractive lady or gent.

You may be correct in your ID of the Lesser then. Checked my Nat'l Geographic North American Field Guide and the description does specifically mention "The yellow orbital ring is conspicuous." I would note though, that Sibley's also adds a yellow orbital ring to one variation of the Greater W-F Goose.
Body shape and size may be the most obvious clue...
