Need id orange crowned bird

I don't know too much about birds, I just have this really amazing looking bird attacking my window and wanted to know what kind it may be.

It looks like and may be an orange crowned warbler... but two things make me think it is something else, it has a white band on its wings and the orange crown is an amazingly bright neon orange. All the pictures of orange crowned warblers have dull crowns and don't have white bands on wings, but everything else looks identicle to the warbler. Olive/brown feathers, same size, and I live in the bay area, CA like 45 minutes east of San Fransisco, so that bird could definatly be in my area.

Any opinions would be appreciated.

Thanks
