Of the second set, the first is a Lark Sparrow, then Tennessee Warbler (though the tail spots are throwing me off), then a White-crowned Sparrow. The last one I "think" is an immature Cooper's Hawk based on the size and thickness of the legs, but it could be a Sharp-shinned Hawk. It is hard to judge size from the photo. Sharp-shinneds are generally about the size of a jay, the Cooper's about the size of a crow. Hope that helps. BN

Your username indicates you are in Iowa; is that where you saw this bird? It does resemble a 1st-year male Orchard Oriole.

Where are you located? Can you describe the sound it makes? When you say "night"......is it completely dark out? What time of night? To start with, check out the sounds that a mockingbird makes. sometimes they sing at night.

ANY READERS, DISREGARD THIS POST. I subsequently put this in the bird watching forum where it belongs. If I can delete this post, I have not figured out how.
