It was flickering when we moved in with regular bulbs, continued after changing to 65w equivalent led. We don’t want dimmable and planning to replace the dimmable switches with non dimmable switches. I’m pretty sure the problem is either with the switch or the contacts but wanted to see if there might be something else that would cause this set of lights to blink when nearby lights changed state sometimes. Likely coincidence but just trying to do due diligence. The dimmer part of the switch is incredibly sensitive and if you touch it, the lights usually end up in a strobe effect for a few seconds until you push the slider down and back up. This strobe effect is repeatable on one of the two switches easier than the other.

As suggested above, do check any replaceable bulbs to make sure they're dimmable. Try replacing one of your dimmers with the Lutron Diva LED+ Dimmer Switch. I've found the Lutron LED+ dimmers to be compatible with most every type of LED light and bulb.

The general contractor can’t figure it out and thinks it’s related to our AC. The fact that the lights flicker every time the AC is a big clue it is related to the AC. Documenting things does not ensure anything was done correctly and compliant to code. The document will be much help if there is a fire and the insurance company determines the electrical wiring was not done correctly and denies the claim. I do have two little babies though so I don’t know what else I can do to make sure they are safe If you are worried about safety for your family then you need to hire a licensed electrician to make the necessary repairs. You can then fight with the general contractor who will pay the electrician's bill.
