They are pretty birds. You should offer grape jelly for them so they don't have to try not to get caught in your netting while trying to get the grapes. I put grape jelly in dishes on the deck and they are here daily. This year they even found my live mealworms in the feeder that I have for bluebirds and pigged out on them big time. I have had up to twelve Oriole fledglings up on the deck at one time eating the jelly. I got lots of pics and a video of the fledglings while they search the plants for bugs and visit the feeders. They are fun birds to watch...mine are not so elusive we can sit out on the deck and they still come up and eat.

Thanks, I have an oriole feeder with two pegs for orange slices and a stainless steel bowl for jelly but they never used it. I'll try putting jelly out on a plate and see what happens. Thanks
