Carolina Wren nest

The door to my Guinea Fowl coop is always closed at night and until late morning. I had seen the beginnings of a CAWR nest in there, but assumed they went elsewhere. Since we had an attack on our Guineas by a fisher last night, I had put the Guineas back in the coop early and closed the door. I left them in there this morning, afraid of another attack. I looked out mid-morning, and the Carolina Wrens were managing to squeeze between a crack in the door. So I went in the coop with a ladder, and sure enough, there is an active nest in there with four eggs. I cannot leave the coop door open at night or the Guinea Fowl will be eaten by fishers and foxes. My question is can these CAWR continue to raise their young and get them to fledging by only being able to squeeze through a door crack nights and late mornings? Any suggestions on what I could do to make it easier on the Carolina wrens while still maintaining the safety of my Guinea fowl?
