Once upon a time I had a Coleman shower much like the one you posted. I think they are about the same ... probably made by the same company with different names stuck onto them ... for sure Coleman did not make the one I had, in fact I doubt if they make ANYTHING anymore, just sell their name to the highest bidder!

Anyway, used the shower only once and it did so-so. I suppose it's how bad you need a shower! Did just as well bathing in a river a couple of times. Also, while I had the little popup camper, did use a 5/gal bucket as a wash basin for the "major parts" bath and that worked out just about as good.

Back about 1998 we bought one of the solar showers that came with an inflatable enclosure. You could just see your feet. I asked if the water was warm enough and they said "sure is". They set it up for me, I climbed in, turned the nozzle and screamed! I heard roaring laughter outside. It had not been in the sun long enough to get warm.

I said, l'Il get you guys for that!" But it was better than no shower!

We use the SolarShower version, and it works just great. Looked at a Coleman propane version, but the thing was expensive, heavy, and took up other space I didn't want to relinquish.

I recommend SunShower brand.
