Thanks so much you two! The third tree isn't that big of a deal, but I'll try to go take closer pics today. I tried to research and research last night. I found out that my previous searches weren't helping because I was searching for "PINE" tree's and finally I realized that I THOUGHT these other two might be CEDAR tree's. HOORAY! Mystery solved! Now to figure out how to keep weird people out of the yard when they decide they want to break off my branches and steal these little "pinecone" thingies? UGH. I'll also try to post another picture of the "cyprus" tree...I love this tree, it's so cute and reminds me of a tree from a Doctor Seuss book.

Milehighgirl, thanks for the links. I should have said, but ee planted a small orchard thi spring. We did so will all of our trees purchased from stark bros. nursery. We planted: Apples: stark golden delicious, stark grand gala, red Fuji, goldfish, enterprise, empire, and candycrisp. Cherries: northstar and stark surecrop Peach: intrepid and reliance Plum: bubblegum and starking delicious plum Pear: orient, moonglow, and starking delicious pear I hope we chose ok! Were certainly novices and my father in law has had good luck with his trees purchased from Stark. I'll be asking for pruning help this spring for sure!

hello I don't have anything on your wants list, but I'm interested in the blue and white pots, what is the size? I could get some bird toys for you, I also have two gourd birdhouses, real nice painted with beaded hangers. one of the gourds is a dipper gourd one is an egg shape. First, a big thanks to all for liking the daylilies. I am going to answer Celeste first about Lillian's Thin Ice. I had to go back in the time machine to find out just when I bought it. It came as an Instant Buy on the Lily Auction from Tink--Michele Taylor-- and it arrived in the fall of 2014. I have checked a few places for availability and was coming up empty, but good news-- I did find it at Shady Rest Gardens. A double fan is listed for $25. I have bought a couple of daylilies from Doris and David Bishop of SRG and received very nice plants. In fact, the major one I wanted was not listed for sale, but they sold it to me--really nice people to do business with. I already have a daylily on reserve for their sale which is coming up in July. Yes, it looks as if this was purple day, didn't realize it until everyone pointed it out. It's too bad about Carmen Renee, I always think of Celeste's picture of it, so beautiful. I know this weather is killing the color on so many of our plants. Glad to get that pic of Susan Weber since it was almost killed a couple of years ago by some strange insects that were in the roots. Now it is better than it was before, go figure. Nancy, to your point about the short scapes on LTI, as I recall, ours put on height every year, so perhaps next year your scapes will be taller, hope so.
