Eggs on ground after storm

So we've been watching a nest (I believe Robins) close to our garden. On 5-31 there were 2 eggs and in a couple more days there were 4. We were so excited to be able to watch these babies grow. Sadly, Andrea came through yesterday and this morning all 4 eggs were on the ground. Two are cracked open and covered in ants but two others seemed fine. We put them back in the nest. Do you think the storm knocked them out or the mother? The nest itself is still intact. The nest is built at the top of our 4 ft. fence in a vine that has been growing there.
