I have a bird nesting in a very inconvenient spot.

The problem is that I have a tiny little hen that has decided my baby's stroller is the perfect place to build her nest (I don't have enough room in my house to keep the stroller inside). Keep in mind I'm bird illiterate and have no clue what the species is of my determined little friend. I wouldn't have a problem letting her nest right where she is if a.) I didn't need the stroller and b.)I didn't have to move here shortly. Anyways this is the second time she's built a nest in the stroller, the first time I removed the nest before she had a chance to lay and covered up the stroller. Well she found a way back into the stroller and built another nest, even though I've put alternative nesting spots around the porch in hope of attracting her else where. Now I'm afraid that I didn't catch her in time this last go around and that she may have succeeded in laying. I really don't want to kill the chicks or cause the hen to abandon the nest, any suggestions?
