Find Wald...oopps, find Chuck-will's-widow

Every Spring I get a few of these. Their night calling has stopped as of ten or so days ago and have settled into nesting mode. If your not familar with this check out the "Sound" tab on the link, below the photo.

This particular bird, I inadvertenly spooked her off the "nest" last week, walked within 4-5 feet, she was /is sitting on a single egg.

Three or four times a day I walk past her, 12-14 feet away, but she remains on the nest.

With out that small ray of sunlight, she is difficult to distinguish, even at 15 feet.
