Hi Jerri, Don't remember the price, think was under $20, but close, plus the shipping, was fair. Yes I know the 50 cents could have been more, but showed that, dern.. ha I have a certain amount I will bid up to... shame, would have liked to have won it. Should have had a max bid. Well hope will come up again. Understand the colors. I just bought singapore rooted and penang peach rooted, waiting for them to arrive. Hope they might bloom this fall...getting there. Hear singapore smells so strong. Finally my big potted plants are drying out, month and a half, no water.. no more mushrooms. we are warming up. I would like to feed them, both are putting out leaves, am so excited!!! One has a big inflo from fall that did not bloom, is puffing up and growing taller. I have seen this one bloom, is a huge mass of flowers. don't know what it is, think either white or lt pink, with a dark red raspberry bands on the back. I "borrowed a flower" from his front yard, tried to identify it, could not..the other is Yellow? question..on a large container plant, for first feed would I feed half the amount or full amt? doubt if either have ever been fed bloom food. I am letting both dry totally out, to water and then feed..feel thats right??? Karen B

I've got a pair of Carolina Wrens making a nest in a potted fern today. It's fun to watch them. They're using dried grass clippings from the cutting and weed whacking my son did along our walkway yesterday. They're both hard at work! I know I'd never be able to photograph them though. They scatter at the slightest sound or movement on my part. Robin

Personally I'd try a concentrated period of manual physical therapy, first. I don't mean manual in the sense of it being your hand, but PT done by someone trained in intensive PT therapy using their hands. Of course all PT's do use their hands, but manual PT is different from what many people think of as PT which is mainly exercise-based. During manual PT the therapist gently massages, presses, stretches, and manipulates the injured part (and its adjacent and some not so adjacent parts). One school of manual therapy is based on the work of John Barnes (myofascial release), another uses Trigger Point therapy developed by DR. Janet Travell (among others). I am just ending a long (almost 6 months) course of manual physical therapy (myofascial release and trigger point among other disciplines) for a shoulder injury that my orthopedist wanted to operate on last winter. When I started, my right arm was completely useless, now I'm back to working in my garden. It can be time consuming to go to PT, but you'll have to do some PT after surgery anyway. I decided I had nothing to lose by trying it first. I started with conventional exercise-based PT and found it only made things worse. Luckily, I had a client who knew about manual PT and he sent me to the right place. HTH, Molly

Thank you very much! Shee, I haven't been around much on GW for the past year or so. So much stuff going on and once I finally had my decorating direction decided it's simply been a matter of waiting for the 'right' things to present themselves to me. And sometimes that takes a very long time! Once the contractors started our front porch and sprucing up the outside the other week I felt reinvigorated to move inside. I scored a highend bunk bed for them off of CL for $100 last year. How has all of your white IKEA furniture worked out? I would love to see pics! I know that you weren't totally thrilled at first. Oakley, Yes the round rug has stayed as well as all of the bedding that goes w/ it. I really don't get rid of anything which is why over the past 2yrs I sort of laid off all of my 'just browsing' trips to see what was new and fresh. I did confer w/ Mr. Fox that I may get new fabric roll shades for the boys windows and that is okay because I have purposeful use for the current window coverings. You know, I am so happy w/ the enamel table/ desk. It is so easy to clean off. One little Fox is quite the artist and his markers bleed through his paper onto the table top. The marker just wipes right off! Yay!!!!! PS: w/ all of the IKEA talk I just wanted to note that I still have 2 small bureaus from my early days that are now the base for the bigger little Fox's guinea pig. Going to watch the Candice Tells All shows that taped then it's up to the Girl Fox's bedroom!
