It's a Question Mark. The name refers to a small gold mark on the underside that is in the shape of a question mark.

The little white guy in the middle is not a vermicomposting worm, and the little brown things are not vermicastings. If you had that many vermicastings, you would have a #@&%load of vermicomposting worms....not just that one albino thing in the middle. Cocoons are always hard to see, spread throughout the vermicastings/bedding, and will be in various stages of maturity (darker when closer to hatching). I had one of these in my yard just yesterday......the 3 things that helped me i.d. it were the crest, the yellow belly, and the rufous tail.

Yes, it is sepoervivum, and in great need of much better light - that is main reason you didn't think it compared to the photos. Hardy succulent, does best outdoors (whole year round, unless you are in zone colder than z3, or extremely hot - they don't like much humidity and very high temps).
