Hello everyone, it's been a while since I've posted.

I'm so happy spring is here, although I've been really busy and missed a lot of my warblers from last year. I looked at my calendar and the first one I spotted last year was on the 27th. This morning I saw two black and white warblers. How cute. (: The grosbeaks are also back.

Anyways.

I have started to put out my grapes, anticipating the arrival of the catbird and my favorite, the oriole! I also love the mockingbirds and the robins who visit. But my robin pair are starting to confuse me! I'll have the grapes out, and they'll eat some, but then go right to my tray feeder and start eating hulled sunflower seeds! Literally moving around the feeder and gulping them down. They're starting to resemble blue jays in their eating habits, lol.

I feel like everything I've grown up to know is a lie! haha. Does anyone else have robins that dine on sunflower seeds? Or is this just some really common behavior that I'm not aware of?
