yea me and this ol' boy are really getting to know each other not a hard job at all,,was expecting all kinds of spring's,ball bearings, and wijets to fall out so I could say where the h*ll does that go! but it's only a few simple bullet proof pieces to contend with,parts cheap and available localy so I guess I'll have the old turd another 30 years..rrrrrmmmmmmm lol....thank's again

No, kateskouros: the black marks only were removed by polishing. And, based on my "experiment," I believe the black marks were caused solely by the Cascade detergent. The Electrasol did not remove the black marks, but it also did not cause any black marks. When using Electrasol (am I sounding like a commercial?) the flatware looked just like it did when I put it in the dishwasher, except clean. When I first noticed the black marks I polished those pieces, then back they went into the dishwasher. The next morning when emptying it (we run it nightly), the pieces were covered with black splotches again. Grr! That's when I polished again but started handwashing the flatware. I think that happened once before I announced we had to get to the bottom of this! You know, I didn't try putting any splotchy pieces into the Electrasol wash -- everything had been polished and not allowed back into the Cascade wash. When we figured out it must be the detergent and purchased some more Electrasol, we ran the dishwasher with flatware and the flatware came out looking great -- clean and without splotches. We used Electrasol for a week, just to see. Every day was the same thing: clean flatware without black splotches. So then we tried the Cascade one more time and what do you know? Black splotches on the flatware! We're convinced it was the Cascade which was causing the splotches, and maybe there's some wacky chemistry with our water, flatware, saliva, who knows what! But man, living without a dishwasher for the five months of the kitchen remodel got boring after the first day, so if Electrasol is keeping me from handwashing then I'm using it!

I just had the hysteroscopy and D & C, like I posted on your last post about this. Piece of cake. I didn't get put under though, I had a spinal block because my fear of being put under was much worse than my fear of the surgery. My doc also mentioned the Mirena IUD. It delivers the progesterone right into your uterus so it works well for hormonal imbalances. I personally don't want it because alot of people I know who have gotten it have had alot of bleeding with IUDs and my periods are bad enough as is. I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do yet, but my appt with her to figure it out is on Christmas Eve. I'm hoping if progesterone is necessary, that I can just take that alone, or get a cream or something for it.

All I can do is say I'm so sorry. I lost my entire first nest this year. One egg and then 2 babies missing, and my last two died with no sign of trauma. I know some people will say consult a wildlife rehabber but my closest one is five hours away. I totally understand the helpless feeling :(
