Bluebirds in nest where older sibling died have fledged

The 2nd brood bluebirds fledged yesterday. This is the nest where the sibling from the 1st brood was found dead. The 4 babies in the nest were fine. They were fine for a couple of days. Once their eyes were open and they began to hide when I monitored the box, I could not do an accurate count. When I removed the nest yesterday evening, there was one dead baby bird in the box buried a little way down in the nest. It looked to be about 10 days old. I also found a wing along the pathway that had been torn from one of the fledglings. The parents and juvenile birds from the 1st brood are feeding the fledglings in the trees, but they are hidden behind so much foliage that I cannot count. I have no idea why that baby bird died or what predator got the other one and ripped it's wing off. I do see hawks occasionally in my yard.
