I have learned to give nature a chance

We were besieged by storms last Wednesday, and then last Thursday I found what I thought was the male bluebird from one of my houses had been hit and run over in front of my neighbors house. Because the white feathers on his belly came up much higher than most BBs I've seen, I was sure it was him, but I kept monitoring the nest which had 1 egg Thursday and each day there has been another egg added with there being 4 yesterday (Sunday). On Saturday I actually saw another male BB who looked identical to the one ran over (white feathers further up the belly than usual) and he was perched on the limb above the nesting box. So either it was another BB that was ran over, and one has replaced him as the female BB mate, or the original one I had seen with her was never hurt. I guess the hysteria of the storms, no news, no power, no internet must have gotten to me.
