Calcium infusion, Stat! (BER)

I am participating in a first-year community garden. I didn't check soil content when we added it to the beds, just hoped that everything would go well. I have several tomato plants but one variety is presenting a particular problem. It seems to be quite sensitive to over-watering and is displaying a curling of the leaves.
My main concern however is that the 5 plants of this variety are all dropping blossoms. Also, I just removed the first maturing fruit because it's whole bottom was rotting starting from the center. I made an egg shell and Tums tea that I watered with today but am not sure if this will be calcium that the plant can use. How can I get calcium straight to the plant so the rest of the fruit doesn't rot like the first one? Where can I find a product to help without raising pH too much? Is there anything that I can really do in this situation or is it too late? Thanks for any advice.
