What is this vine? Trumpet vine or red cardinal flower vine?

Good morning

Can someone advise to me if this is a trumpet vine or a red cardinal flower vine or something else? It grows in abundance with full sun and very little water along a trellis on our house. I totally ignore it and it thrives. It was there when we bought the home and I just love it.

I would like to take some cuttings and share with friends. Do you think that will work?
