FTM, how's diggin in the dirt goin this season? :) What a beautiful vine!I have nearly stopped posting on GW, cos I have everything one can imagine in my garden and have been involved in other things, but I miss the gang, especially on the vine forum! You guys are the greatest when it comes to growing beautiful vines. I've only planted a few things this year, including some MG's from Gerrris2, and they have sprouted already! thank you, arum! i noticed your absence so i "paged" you, so to speak. i am glad it worked! so far, digging hasn't been very productive during my vacation. it has been raining every day this week except the weekend. that was good b/c i attended the pow wow both days. but, i also didnt' get any digging done b/c i was there. i promised everyone that i wouldn't plan to dig and, therefore, we would have clear skies...lol..tonight, aferwards, come the sprinkles. can you believe it? :)

but hey, we so desperately need the rain after last year's drought. so, really, not complaining, just amazed at the timing. i have lotsa weeds to catch up on from my very busy schedule since last fall. i have yet to plant my sunflowers in the veggie bed. those will be all that is going in there do to school taking up all spare time. i have only recently got back over here.

my clem bloomed earlier than ever this year. maybe that is why it beat the earwigs :)
