native landscape help southern Denton County

I know of some good "yard people" I could hire if I wanted a traditional landscape. But that's the last thing I want. We managed to shoehorn a house into our .4 acre and still leave over 60 trees with at least a 6" diameter. I guess my ultimate goal is for it to look like the house was dropped into the middle of the woods, with almost no change to the surrounding area.

Right now we have a lot of bare ground that needs to be smoothed, and in some places the curlex replaced after smoothing. Then we want to sow some native grasses and wildflowers, as discussed in the linked thread. Can anyone recommend someone to do the work of preparing the ground? I don't want it tilled, or more soil brought in, just a smooth surface for occasionally walking on.

Here are some pics of portions of the yard. As you can see, we have some deep ruts, thanks to the heavy rains in December & January.
