Is this tomato stunting my growth?

I planted my toms this year here in z7 Central VA around May 1. They (M Lifter, Early Girl, Sweet 100, and Big Beef) all look great. However, we had a few days of early warmth and my BrandyBoy set one fruit. The fruit and plant look good and the fruit is getting large. The problem is that the plant is still small and way behind on size compared to the others. I imagine that the plant is putting all of its energy into developing this one tomato, but was wondering what to do. Should I pick it and ripen it indoors? Leave it on the vine and do nothing? Fertilize it? I did add some slow release fertilizer to the hole when I planted them. I just don't want to sacrifice future production for one early tomato. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks,

TBT
