winter ripening tomatoes?

Hey experts, I have a pretty unique tomato situation and could use some suggestions from those with ideas.

I have an unheated greenhouse and have found that if I grow vines up in the fall with lots of green fruit, they will ripen slowly on the vine even though it's too cold to set fruit.

Can anyone suggest a variety that would load up with fruit in the fall and then hang onto it all winter? Right now I have a dozen black prince vines in this situation and manage to pick about a dozen ripe toms a week. There is 11' of headroom in there and the temps vary from 85 to 35 deg. I could heat the greenhouse but it would be way too expensive-it's 15 deg outside right now!

Anyway, ideas?

thanks in advance
