Tomato Hybrid vrs Heirloom

Hi everyone, I know there is a very similar post however after reading all your replies it doesn't quite answer my question so I'm starting a new thread.

OK So here's my question I was planning on growing two slicing varieties of tomato Beef Master (VFN resistant 1-2 lb.) fruit and giant tree tomato 1-2 pound fruit no resistance to disease. My question is if it's even worth growing the hybrid I'm looking for something good tasting and large. Ralph Snodsmith who hosts a National gardening program on WOR radio lives 3 minuets from here and he recommended Beef Master as his favorite variety But after reading the other threads I'm not sure if it's worth the space since I can only grow 6 indeterminate tomatoes I don't want to waste three of my spots on Supermarket type tasteless trash.

OK sorry if i rambaled a bit ANy help will be greatly appreciated.
