Top leaves of seedlings turning yellow

Hello!

I hope someone can help me. The tomato seedlings I started in a window are still in the paper cups and are getting quite tall. We haven't planted them in the garden yet because of the unusually cold spring we've had. We plan to transplant them into the garden this week sometime. Some of the top leaves are turning yellow, except for that the plants including the yellowing leaves look healthy. The plants are getting somewhat leggy, but seem strong; I have been putting them outside on our deck when the weather is good. Could the yellowing be an over watering problem? Whenever they looked a little wilty we'd water them; maybe too much? I can arrange to upload a picture if needed.

Thanks in advance!
