I think floral_uk is on the right track - Euonymous alatus, Syringa (but I believe vulgaris - the reticulatas I've dealt with have a slightly different leaf) and probably the small tree is Cornus alternifolia, a dogwood. Do beware of pruning the dogwood now. Late fall and winter are infinitely better when it's dormant. The sap it will bleed now is a great attractant for insects and disease. Otherwise, the Euonymus and the Syringa would be fine to prune now. Ging

I defer to others as to what shrub appears in the picture. But following on MT’s suggestions for other chartreuse shrubs and trees, here are a few of ours. First Sambucus racemosa (elderberry) ‘Lemony Lace’, about 5’x5’ right now and needs to be pruned: And here’s the Cotinus coggygria ‘Ancot’ or ‘Golden Spirit’, still leafing out but I also need to figure out how to prune it so it fills out more down low (maybe another post for advice): Finally, not a shrub but I love the chartreuse leaf color of our new Acer shirasawanum ‘Aureum’:

Looks like an Indian Rosewood. EXTREMELY invasive, sends up root shoots up to 60 feet away from the tree, and has roots that will completely destroy the foundation of your home. Take it out NOW! There were two in the yard next to me at my old house, and I had shoots coming up on the other side of my house from roots that had grown under my foundation. When those roots start to get larger, they can crack your foundation. Seriously, get rid of it!
