What are your Favorite Companion Plants?
Comments (6)I've been playing with this idea in my front entryway bed. Hopefully this link will work. The plants I've been experimenting with are Liatris, Bearded Iris in an assortment of purples, Lamb's Ear, Salvia 'East Friesland', Creeping Phlox, Giant Crocus, Coreopsis, Asters, and Russian Sage. Best of all, the flavor stays in the vegetables, which is noticeably different from steaming on the stove. No more green water going down the drain either. Also used it to defrost a couple of pork chops. Defrosting was a little difficult because I didn't know what length time to set the oven for. Next time will be easy....See MoreLet’s see your best daylily photography!
