Though I can't say what variety it is, but it does look like the typical succulent house plants that do not need too much water. Your last pic shows a very good soaking which is good for other plants, but may affect this one negatively. Anyway, it's good to learn about, but try to stay on top of it and if it looks in bad health again, just reduce some of the watering. It looks like the office mascot by this time. I do want to comment that until you could properly identify it, it looks like it may be leggy either because of lack of proper lighting before, or it might be one of those plants that "trails", so if it starts toppling over again, that might just be its attempt to be more horizontal than vertical, and not necessarily because of lack of water. I mention this because while in the original pic, it was being more horizontal (for which we don't know the exact reason yet), but in the second pic, you have planted it as a more vertical. It could be that it is a trailing plant.

No. I have no clue about the name. However it seems that the similar fragrant trees are planted near UC Berkeley and also at 16 Ave.of Richmond District, San Francisco( as Street Tree). After flowering a cluster of seeds will be formed.

This will give you a little bit of an idea of what I am dealing with (we have about 3 acres... nothing is finished... and I have no idea of where to start... other than we need to level the yards to have a good base to start with lol... we have alot of pasture around the house. Alot of rocks, and unlevel hills (which is where alot of the irises are growing (It was a bit bright outside and so these pics aren't very good ss) These are on the edge of the cow pasture, between trees, along the gravel driveway. You can't see this very well... but there are patches of irises all the way along this "cliff" to those tires (and more behind me lol) you can see some flecks of purple irises darn overcast, but bright light lol... this is a hillside that goes up to my vegetable garden area... the dark spots are flowers This is that same hillside looking down these are in the middle of the path that is driven on with 4 wheelers right above that hill near my vegetable garden old garden stakes, next to my raised straw bale garden beds.... these weren't up when I made the beds last summer (they just keep popping up all over!` poppies in a field irises in the middle of a drive! the wider light green are little iris shoots... in an area just outside of the fenched yard for all intensive purposes, a side yard (it's really dry lol... need to plant grass, but need to level it all first)

Multiple different kinds of smaller growing forsythias are on the general market now. The days of the kinds that produce a 10 ft. fountain of growth being pretty much all there is are over. Apart from it cutting part of the bloom off shearing forsythias not situated in formal layouts and settings is a bad idea because it makes them out of context, same as shearing any other kind of shrub or tree not part of a geometric design. Low maintenance mantra is dominant in the market for new landscaping here these days. At the same time formal shearing of existing informal plantings on both commercial and residential properties has become pandemic. The way I see it companies doing this are mowing the lawns and mowing everything else as well. In keeping with this a decades old informal garden across the street from me has been getting maintenance sheared for some years now by company current owners hired. Before that previous occupants had some of that done also, but more here and there - resulting for instance in what should now be a Stewartia pseudocamellia of some height and presence being instead a tubby, flat-topped tuft of whips like a giant fez. And so on, throughout the property. Perhaps an assumption that formal shearing is a normal maintenance routine practiced in all settings is a lot of what is behind many requests for new installations being low maintenance.
