Burgundy Iceberg is NOT purple for me

I planted Burgundy Iceberg in May and had to move it because it wasn't getting enough sun. This is the only time I saw it remotely purple. The temps then were running in the 70's to 80's.

After I transplanted it the temps jumped up to the 90's and this really struggled in the heat. I had to rig up shade for it against the afternoon sun because I planted it in full sun. It took several weeks for it to adjust and actively start growing again. In July it started budding and blooming again when it hit the 100's.

The roses are pink.

Temps went down to the high 90's recently.

Rising again back to 100's.

This rose also needs extra water or it crisps and wilts in the heat and sun. I will either move it in the fall or see what it happens when it matures. I have two Icebergs sitting in full sun which is why I moved this one to full sun. I don't know if it has to do with the color or what. I am disappointed, I was really wanting that purple. Maybe in the fall and spring I'll see purple again.

Thanks for looking at my pics, I thought I'd share these with you.
