1 year-old clivia seedlings--dormant now?

Hello...I have four clivia seedlings that I started last winter--all small but healthy-looking. I know that it's standard practice to put "adult" clivia into dormancy this time of year to encourage blooms later. But I'm wondering how to handle the tiny seedlings. Should I withhold water, water very lightly, water heavily? Fertilize, not fertilize? I haven't been able to find a good answer anywhere. Can someone supply advice or point me in the direction of a website that offers a bit of wisdom? Thanks!

(If it makes any difference, I potted them up individually into small 4" clay pots back in September.)
