What Would You Do?

Alright, I got a late start on some peppers this year. They were started from seed on June 28th.

I had planned on repotting them before Labor Day, but got too busy, then hurricane Ike hit.

Some of my plants have peppers already, the purple serrano and the purple jalapeño. My Biker Billys have many buds as well. I also have some ornamental Chilly Chili's that have peppers.

My question is, do I need to go ahead and repot now, or wait till these peppers are grown?

Will this stress the plant out too much and drop the peppers early, or am I doing more damage by leaving them in the cups?

The two Chilly Chilis are on the left, then the purple jalapeño, Jaxon my cat, then the purple serrano is on the right:

Thanks you guys!
