Giving my sad peppers a new lease on life

So, I had a bad year with my plants this year. I made a new raised bed and bought 5 yards of "Special garden Mix" which I used to plant everything. The soil mix proved to be terrible and stunted the growth in all my pepper plants.

(I know.. I was lazy, what can I say. But in my defense I was out of town most of the summer and didn't have the time to dedicate.

That said, I finally decided to experiment with some of the sadder specimens and try my hand at ebb and flow hydroponics. Now I know this isn't the hydroponics forum, but I figured some of you might be interested in the results after 4 weeks.

I used the "Ikea Hack" which is a really cheap way to make an Ebb and Flow setup. I took the plants I really wanted to try to overwinter:

Trinidad Scorp
Bhut Jolokia (2)
Allepo
Paprika
Burning Bush Hab
Santaka Hot Asian
Jamaican Hot Choc
Fish pepper
Scotch Bonnet
2 others that I cannot recall

Here is a photo of the initial transplant, two weeks later and four weeks later. The growth is insane and they look amazing!
