Hi Dude, Pepper Fool has many good sauce recipes. See the link below. For what you are looking for, you might want to try one of the basic pepper sauce recipes using Rain Forest peppers. They are very fruity and not too hot. If you do want to use habs, see their Habenero Pepper Sauce recipe. I have used that before with a combination of Yellow Habs and Jamaica Scotch Bonnet. if you want to purchase I know an internet seller that has the most common varieties (sweet, mild, hot) at the most reasonable prices ($1.00 to $1.25 per pack). Just search "sample seeds dot com and then go to pepper seeds page. Shipping is also super reasonable. Having said that, you may be able fo find a lot of seeds on the rack at the bog box stores. I got most of my seeds from store bought fresh/dried peppers, some from BBS and couple from generous GW members at this forum. But if I had to order, I would go to ssdotcom.

Watching Youtube videos, I'd say 7-pot (various strains), primo, Trinidad Moruga Scorpion, and Carolina Reaper all seem to have a fruity or fruity/floral flavor. The lone exception is that some of the chocolate super hots have a bit of a smoky flavor added to the fruity or floral. (For example the Douglah (aka "7 Pot Douglah", "Chocolate 7 Pot", "Chocolate Douglah") has a bit of a smoky undercurrent going on. The Jamaican Chocolate Habanero doesn't have a smoky flavor, but rather taste like a milder version of the orange habanero, but heat wise it's like the Red Savanna. Takes time for the heat to build from the videos I've watched.
