Top Spray or Bottom Spray for Cuttings?

I normally use the old pot + plastic bag method to root cuttings. I had some success, but the success rate is low. The problem is mostly mold, and probably low temperature, etc. So time to search for new method.

Nursery mostly uses top spray, or mist, in greenhouse. The cuttings get light, high temperature and the water mist. So no mold and cuttings root rather quickly.

Then I've seen something like "Clone King" to use Aeroponis, or bottom spray, to root cuttings.

So what method is good? Better success rate, reasonable cost, and good for small scale (like 30 cuttings) cutting propagation?
