Hello Everyone,
i need some help. I have two plants that i would like to propagate. The first is a jade plant. I have tried countless times to take leafs and make them grow with no success. Recently I have aquired 4 big leaves from a very old and healthy jade and just placed them in the soil and am doing the opposite of what i was doing before, which was keeping the soil moist. Any tips on propagation of a jade? Also, I have a Cane plant, ( Yucca Elephantipes), and it has quite a few growths comming off the sides that i would like to grow. I recently cut one off and am soaking it in water to take root. Roots are developing slowly. Is this the way to start a new plant? Any help and advise would be very appreciated.
