How many 'Imposter' Hot Peppers can we name?

It's too late for me this year, but next year, I want to grow as many sweet "hot" peppers as I can. I'm not really into much heat -- I use my 'Spanish Spice' and 'St. Martin' Anchos, but anything much hotter is getting beyond my tolerance. However, I love the shapes, flavors, and colors of the hot peppers. So, I've been trying to seek out the imposters -- the varieties which have lost the gene to make capsacin. 'Fooled You' jalapeno is one good example. I've also grown 'Sweet Cayenne'. I'm also growing the Sweet Habenaros this year (can't even begin to spell the Spanish name for them, something like A?????? dulces).

So, help me come up with a list on non-hot and barely hot (Scoville units of say up to a thousand or so) peppers. Thanks.
