Well so far the storms have missed us today. Either that are they just haven't got here yet. I don't mind a few nice slow soaking showers but those storms are the pits. I did take most of the stuff out of the greenhouse and it's just setting outside so it will get some rain. All the little brug babies are still inside tho. I'm almost finished weeding all the iris and daylily beds. Thank God, I feel like my right arm is about 10 inches longer than my left. LOL My hand is in a curled position like I'm trying to grip something. LOL Ahhhh, and to just think I will be adding a few more flowerbeds as soon as the weather permits. These beds will be made with the big tractor and I'll just sprinkle tons of zinna, sunflowers, and other seeds in it and forget it. They usually turn out the best, and I just mow right up next to the tall flowers and forget weeding them. They are in the background anyway so why bother with unnecessary weeding. My seedlings are all doing great that I got from Edna. I'm probably going to plant my Vigna plants outside sometime next week. I'm going to plant my daylily seedlings outside in the next couple of days. I just hope they are big enough to make it. They are about 7 to 8 inches tall and really need more dirt to grow in. Karyn, I have time to cook, clean, and so forth in between doing things on this dial up slower than Christmas Computer. I'm not kidding, when I first start getting on, I'll start the tea, then about 7 minutes later and I'm still not connected, I can go turn it off. Then after it connects, I can click on the internet, and go wash dishes waiting for it to load all my email and junk. It's slow and it's awful but it's the best thing I have right now. Before I got divorced from the JERK, we had digital in everyroom of the house. He was a computer GEEK and had computers in every room along with a T.V. and all the junk that kind of person enjoys. We had surround sound in 3 different rooms. So if we had company and they wanted to play those dumb war games, the hole house shook from the sound systems. It was CRAZY you felt like you were in the WAR ZONE. Now I have a run down used laptop and this dial up modem. Hey don't laugh it's a little better than tin cans with a string attached. I would repot it immediately if not sooner. I would put it into a pot just large enough to accommodate it (not excessively big). Keep the soil just slightly moist(use a light mix with added perlite) . Unless the soil is really really dry, I wouldn't water it upon transplanting. Don't feed or increase watering until you see new growth. Don't despair, your cycad should eventually recover. I am assuming you have the species Cycas revoluta (most commonly sold cycad). This is good news because it is also the most cold hardy. Good luck!

Thank You Everyone. It really wasn't the techs fault. He tried his best but I later discovered that yellow sign next to the 82566dc-2 gigabit network connection and realized that was probably the problem. I have tried the uninstall/reinstall trick. I have downloaded the 'correct' updated 64bit drivers from intel and guess what .. The driver will not update!? (Device manager can't install it from my folders and intel's autorun wont work either) Tried it both ways. Keeps going back to the driver from '2007'!! If I can figure out a decent replacement (meaning cheap 8) for the card (If it is a card and not integrated) I feel that my best bet is to get a new card. I have read that even if the pc card is integrated, you can still install a separate stand alone card. (Yes the cable is brand new.)

I need to add something. When I'm done washing and drying, I line up the baffles in both the washer and dryer so they are either at a 12'oclock or 6'oclock position...like this. (so they look photo-ready) I used to do this with the top loaders agitator fins too.
