Help on Roebellini

My large Roebi seems like it may be at the start of some distress. Instead of a thick spear pushing up the new fronds they seem to have speratated and are going a little limp. It's cooled down up here but it hasn't gotten cooler that high 40s at night. Could this be normal as it senses that the summer is ending. This plant is in a huge pot and takes 3-4 grown men to move it back inside. I don't want to move it in just yet as we're supposed to be 12-20 degrees above normal here for the next week and a half.
