In so cal, leafminer damage begins june/july and goes thru to november/december. Therefore apply bayer systemic insecticides june-ish. Your plants are what you feed it. so I think yes, becareful. bayer thinks so too b/c imidacloprid concentration is much lower in the vegatable/citrus blend than in their non-fruiting blend. bayer advance is freakishly good at killing/warding of any leaf biting insects, so no need for Neem spraying. So good that i'm glad that in so cal we dont get much rain, so there wouldnt be any run off of the soil drench contaminating other part of the garden. one application seems to be good for 4-6 months, well enough for the peak of the leafminer cycle. use neem/spinosad when you think bayer effectiveness is wearing out. mix neem and spinosad at correct dosaged, do not make 1 gal of each and mix. Good luck , I'm hoping that is year freeze/cold spell will slow down leadminer activity.

I believe the active ingredient in your "bioinsecticide" is Spinosad; and that is what many here recommend for CLM.

I will say that this is the 1st greened tree that I've seen on the forum. For those of you that are curious about what it looks like, this is it. Again, the dead giveaway is the mottling on the leaves. This mottling is different from that resulting from a nutrient deficiency in that HLB induced mottling is asymmetrically displayed on the leaf blade. A tree that was suffering from a nutrient deficiency would produce leaves that would have the same pattern on either side of the leaf's axis - each side of the axis would be a mirror or book-end of the other. In the pics above, you can clearly see that the mottle is asymmetrical and that it crosses the leaf's lateral veins. See pics for detail: Nutrient deficiency:
